This car is bristling with innovative features - every aspect of the build has a novel approach mixing modern technology with 'old school' looks...

I can't remember a car that I was so eagerly waiting to see in its completed state.

Hi guys,

as requested a few snaps of the quarter window fit.

I removed all the stuff associated with the original openers and painted the surround Then I fitted edge trim .
Then I made the window rubber
Then I bonded it in.

Also just to show it can be done tonight trial fit of my 944 S2 rear brakes with 3.2 rotors.

I still neesd to counterbore the adaptors and then have the lot cleaned and anodised. The fronts are also done but that is more common. I am running a twin cylinder bias adjustable box from OPB here in the uk.

Great, many thanks!
But the seats:eek:, who makes them? Is there a possibility of making them fit one's body like a race-seat?

Lighweight is king!:D Great car!

Turboo934 12-08-2008 11:25 AM

TRE has the mold for those seat's. Call Dave.

sezme 12-10-2008 12:30 PM

You've made one serious error. You put the steering wheel on the wrong side.

Crikey long time since I remembered to update this...the interim years  are on ddk-restoration threads-r homage by haasad.

Anyway here's the 2.8 twin plug in its new home..just trying to sort oil lines and it may run.

Hi Hasaad,

Do you have any more details about your front brake setup?

Pictures available?

Discs size?

Many Thanks,

André
