This car is bristling with innovative features - every aspect of the build has a novel approach mixing modern technology with 'old school' looks...
I can't remember a car that I was so eagerly waiting to see in its completed state. |

Thanks for sharing your hard work. I'm also looking forward to updates when you progress:) Congrats on your superb craftsmanship. Matt |
911r
Hi guys,
as requested a few snaps of the quarter window fit. I removed all the stuff associated with the original openers and painted the surround Then I fitted edge trim . Then I made the window rubber Then I bonded it in. Also just to show it can be done tonight trial fit of my 944 S2 rear brakes with 3.2 rotors. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1213731124.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1213731154.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1213731182.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1213731211.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1213731248.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1213731280.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1213731320.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1213731356.jpg I still neesd to counterbore the adaptors and then have the lot cleaned and anodised. The fronts are also done but that is more common. I am running a twin cylinder bias adjustable box from OPB here in the uk. andy |
