What are these? (Pics of parts)

I just put a new battery in the 79 911 SC I just bought and seen these, not sure what they are or what they are for. They are all located in the fron dirver side by the battery. First pic looks like an old bypassed fuel pump?? It has a bolt in one end capping it off and the other end runs into the fender out of sight. Second part was beside it with one wire connected and the other broke. Third are what appear to be some type of vaccume lines many of which are broken or disconnected. My guess is some one bypassed this stuff at some point. Could someone tell me what this stuff is and what it is for? Thanks

1. ? (i'm guessing "headlight washer pump.")

2. Windshield washer fluid pump.
3. windshield washer lines.

Not sure why they marked #1 as a 'blank' but that is all parts of the window washing system.

If you look it up in the Pelican parts system there are some pictures that will clear it up. It should be easy to trace it up to the nozzles and back to the tank.

I believe that the blocked line was the factory line for the headlight washers. If you're car has that deleted (like mine) then the line is still there but capped. It would have gone to the second hi-power pump for that system.

Or, it's possible that someone replaced the bumper at some point, and didn't include the washer system, and capped it. Mine has a nice metal plug, not a bolt.
