this is my third Carrera...
I have owned and AXed/tracked an '84 Carrera (my first Porsche) and an '87 Carrera. so I am not new to the vagaries of 911 handling.... I have been a PCA AX and Timetrial instructor for almost 20 years now

Pretty, pretty car. You are in for some real fun, that is for sure!
Is this your first 911 (probably not from seeing 69 posts, but you never know)? Just .02 here from a regular Joe, but if so you might find it rewarding to get to know the car first on road or on track, whichever is your preference, and plan any upgrades based on that experience. Anyhoo, sorry for the soapboxing ![]() Do add pictures, and keep us posted! Cheers,

modifications will be suspension...
car sits too high either KW coil overs or new Bilsteins with H&R sport lowering springs, these will be paired with factory Euro RS front and rear sway bars that will be for starters. the car already has the cup wheels and has a carbon fiber RS style air intake. |
