long nose fender hardware question
I wanted to put the bolts in the flange holes (the flange that holds the fender to the tub) to keep POR15 out of the threads but noticed that I can only thread them in about 4 turns.
Do the female threads taper? In other words, do they get tighter? I'm almost certain I'm using the original bolts. TIA, Chad

Hmm, ok. I guess the bolts I was using were cross threading because they are a different pitch.
I have a new fender hardware kit somewhere. I'll use them. THanks guys!
