Any Pelicans in Encino available for a look-see?

One of my buds here in VA (we were in kindergarden together) is considering a 2002 996 cab on Ebay in Encino, CA. He can't get away from work anytime soon to go see it. I'd go, but I can't get away either.

He has a dialog with the seller, but would rather not buy it totally sight unseen.

Any Pelicans in that area willing to swing by and take a look-see?

I'm in Encino. I can go look. I don't know much about what to look for on a 996, but I can take lots of pics and do some minor poking around.
