posting graphs
anyone know how to post an excel graph on this BB?
|
print screen, save in word, copy and paste using the tags [Img][/Img] has worked for me (I think :) )
|
View your graph, alt+printscrn, open the graphics editor program of your choice, create a new image, paste, crop and size as needed, save-as JPG, attach as you would any other picture.

if you have Irfan view installed...
while viewing, hit Alt-PrtScrn key, then save to <filename> then upload <filename> |
I think most of the above are screen captures. Here are a couple of options that are not screen captures, so generally the image is better....
If you have Adobe Acrobat: Select the graph, "print" to a PDF file, then "save as" a JPG file. With standard Windows programs: Get a beer, get comfortable......Then Select the graph, then "print" to "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" file (MDI), then save as "Tagged Image File Format" file (TIFF), then open with Microsoft Office Picture Manager (you might have to "right-click" and select the "Open With" program option), then pick "File", "Export". Then on the right of the screen pick "Export as JPEG". Then pick the "OK" button. It's as simple as 1,2,3...4,5,6...ahh...7, 8.....Hell, who am I kidding....It's never simple with Mircosoft is it? |
