Emory's Campout 2008

Overwhelming hospitality once again from the Emory Family. We braved the 100 + temps. and it was well worth the sunburns. There was a great array of 356, 911, VW and a few very fast and great looking speedster replicas to view. The heat may have took a little spunk out of the group during the day, but we were all recharged with the afternoon wind and sunset cooler temps. A few Mojito's and Corona's down the hatch also helped! I must say, hearing Zayne Emory singing the National Athnem for the evening gathering was the highlight of the day.
Thanks again Rod, Gary and Family for keeping up the tradition.

What next? A post entitled "Gisele Bundchen" and no pictures? Let's see some outlaws...well, and Gisele pics if you got any.

It was so hot, most people didn't bother taking photos. We were wilting in the shade trees. I was planning on shooting tons of pics; I took none.

Those are some beautiful SWB cars. Specially the 68' Sand Beige and the SWB Irish Green car with trim and badge delete.
