Thanks but thats not black.

Seeing how thats a 964 I would quess its the 677 Anthrazit Metallic (m5459). Can anyone post a picture of a Anthracite car?

Thanks,

The color code on mine (which I believe is that same color) is
708 9 3
schwartzmetalic
u7
It looks like anthrazti but is called black. My MB is the exact same color and it is called black as well. I do agree, and I would never call it black myself.

I posted this in the Body & Paint work section.

I'm thinking its more of a gunmetal looking color.

I think it might be the same colour as this car above. In that case it's colour code 22D and is named "scheifer". In the linked advertisement you can read the code out of the service book:

http://www.finn.no/finn/car/object?finnkode=13269473&sid=xz9sgb_PKsm592662&WT.svl=tabs

Hope this can help!

Beautiful color... I am subscibing - when I finally get through the suspension restoration/mods done on my car I'll start the body work. I have been seriously considering a 'gun metal' grey color, but was looking for something reasonably authentic.'
