6 pin CDI DC DC Converter Talk

Dear all,
on my last 6 pin DCI project I had following question which are still not claryfied.

The box without triggersignal takes at 14V 1.9 A.
I changed the CS the current stays still hight. The 3 pin only takes about 1.3 A no trigger.

So if I had the 6 pin on the tester it became hot. At 300Hz it takes 3Ampere.

So I observed that while runnign hot the winding noise frequence starts changes a little.
So when I recorded the 82V Zenner Voltage I saw that the voltage bumps between 82V to 90V to -5V. It is not stable. See picture
Paraelle to the Zenner is the 1mF 250V capacitor. If that goes bad it will not cause the Zenner to go up to 90V

Can that be the cause for high amp consumption.

My output voltage also shows that the load of CS the Egde jumps. That can be also a trigger issue of my hadling.

See my two other recording.

What can be the cause for the high current ?

Here again the schematic.

I don't think the load capacitor is the root cause for getting hot and failing.
With a new cap the power consumtion was equal. I replaced all what in red as well as the transformer.

Thanks for your comments.
Bob
