Rear reflector guru help needed

I wish to purchase a rear reflector replacement from Thom at http://rennlight.com/reflector/ He tells me he has modeled his from pre 86 cars and thinks it would fit post 86 but is not sure. Can someone confirm this for us. I am not home at present so can't remove mine to see if there are holes to attach.

This is Thom's replacement attachment points. Metric (M6) female fasteners are embedded in the panel.

He thinks the holes would be in the body work on post 86 so it would still bolt on.
