Ride height adjustment question
 

I just bought this 67 912. It's a nice car but it sits way too high. The front sits 27-3/8" from the ground to the top of the wheel well. The back is about 26-1/4" high. The tires are 195 65 15's. I know the tires aren't correct but I still think there is too much of a gap from the top of the tire to the top of the wheel well.
