Advice: SWB Suspension Set Up for Track?

Anyone have advice with regards to the suspension set up for a short wheel base car primarily used for the track?

Car already has
1.6X15 Fuchs with Toyo 888's
2. ERP Poly Bronze Bushings
3. 911SC front end
4. Will stay with standard spring plates


Need input on
1. Torsion bars sizes and why
2. Sway Bar sizes and why
3. Alignment (95% track use Laguna, Infineon, TH etc)
