Rebuilt Caliper vs. New ??

Does anyone know how calipers are rebuilt by companies that require a core exchange? I have done the seals and boots on my rear calipers and am still getting uneven pad wear and sticking. Do I need new calipers or can I purchase rebuilt and expect like new performance?

I require a $100 core charge. I'd like to think that reputable restoration service would be like new but... I'm biased :D

I guess what I'm wondering is, what do you do other than seals and boots?

Replate, hone and polish mainly.

· Complete disassembly to bare core.
· Removal of stuck or frozen pistons.
· Replating of caliper cores.
· Replating of all fasteners
· Honing of caliper bores.
· Polishing of pistons.
· Cleaning and repainting piston tops.
· New seals and dust covers throughout.
· Reassembly with pistons in proper position

That's fantastic thank you. That's what I'm looking for.
