can anyone recommend a good roll cage?

I have a 1969 911 project. I am going to turn it into an RSR....I am shopping around for a roll cage, but am not sure which on to get and how much they cost. I saw one at www.ioportracing.com they are asking $749.00

any other ideas?

Isn't AutoPower in SD? A true-to-the-look RSR roll bar, not cage, would come from TRE Motorsports.

Unless Autopower has significantly changed their design, the cage mounts to the floor... not a good thing..

A Safety Devices cage is really pretty good. OG racing makes (or used to) make a nice cage for a 911..

Safety Devices

You need to either weld in a bolt plate to the longitudinal, or just weld it to the longs....

OG Racing

I have an semi Custom OG in my car... I used the rear rollbar section they make, and made my own front section... I did run my ideas through some FEA programs I have

Not at work tonight so I dont mind doing some searches
