Anyone have experience with UTCIS Warm-Up Regulator,
 
I have a customer who is fighting problems with his cold start system. 1980 3.0(stock) He asked about the replacement offer by our host ,UTCIS Warm-Up Regulator part number 10-0740-100-M620.
Anyone have any experience with this?
