Rear Wiper Problem
 

Has anyone ever had their rear wiper stay on, even after switching it back off? This has happened twice, and both times had to turn the car off before I could get it stopped.

Eric,
I know this is an OLD post but in case you never got your problem solved, I thought I would suggest swapping-out the associated RELAY for a known-good example from a friend's car and seeing if that cures the "always on" problem. The fact that the problem clears after you turn-off the car suggests to me that when the voltage is removed from the circuit, the relay disengages. I defer to other more knowledgeable Pelicans here.
