Free unknown 911 (?) clutch cable

HI,

I got this a few years ago, when I went to install it I saw it was not correct for a 73 911. The tranny end looks the same but the pedal end is not a threaded rod, but sort of like this:



This picture is NOT the part I have, mine looks like a '73 clutch cable except for the end pictured above, and is a not the same length as my cable (shorter?)

It's German GEMO brand and part # is 424 240

Just pay shipping if you know what it's for.
