Idle over 2,000 revs.
 

My 2.7 was working excellent. Two weeks ago it start raising idle revs. for no reasons. Check pedal cable Ok. When turn on, it stays at 960 to 1,000 then it begin to raise as time pass 1,100, 1,200 1,4... and has gone up to over 2,000 plus. Somewhere in the forum I read it may be vacuum leak!. This weekend I,ll check it. Can you tell me where to look at. I was planning to take out the air filter box which obstruct the view for the back on the engine. Any recommendations? :confused: Not to much of a mechanic! just self defence
