R888 Question
Has anyone run their R888's backwards? My local track eats up front right tires and I want to switch sides to prolong my tire life. I have done this with RA1's with no problem. I know rain would be an issue because of the tread pattern.
Input please, Dave |

I know it's a bit more work, but I dismount my 888's and remount "backwards" so I can run on the other side in the correct direction. As for rain performance, I'm not sure how much difference it would make, they're still terrible wet tires. My old worn out RA1's were better in the wet than my almost new 888's.

To my knowledge, direction is un-important if you are only using it in the dry.
