Incredible photographic/historical website

Hi all,

Thought I'd share a link to a website.

A friend of mine out here in Southwest Washington State sent me a link to his longtime friends website. Bill, the owner of the website is a photographer and has been for some time. He has photos from the Porsche factory dating back to 1972! He spent a lot of time in the 70's traveling to some of the great race tracks like the Nurburgring, Hokenheimring, etc and has documented it all on this website.

His site has lots of history and excellent photography of motor racing. Be sure to check out all the links on the right side of the screen and make sure to click on "more" under each photo section. There are tons of absolutely great photographs and stories here.

Not only is Bill a great photographer and historian, he is a great neighbor! The day after I got my new to me '84, he came over with a pristine brochure from '84 and told me to "hold onto it" as long as I owned the car. We stand outside and talk porsches until the wives call us in. I would love to see the board supporting his efforts.
