Color code (silver 74)
Hi,
Is there anyone who know the color/paint code for this silver 74?  Also looking for the color/paint code for the red calipers (see many have used simular color). Thanks! /Joachim |

Did you look on the drivers side door inside to the front? Should be a metal tab that says "Made in West Germany Kunstharzlack" Under this it should have a number. That number is the paint color. If it is the first color paint.

Forgot to metion that this is NOT my car. So having a hard time looking at the color tab on the car...

Here is a photo of mine. It's a 77. The number for this color is 936-9-3.

Okay, thanks for the feedback ludwig38!
 Anyone else know if there is different shades (paint codes) of the 74 silver? Consider to repaint my red 74, but want make sure to have the right code in in advance... Have someone made a "quick guide" on how (and what) to strip down and in order to get the car ready for paint? Thanks! /Joachim |
