Who makes wiper delete plugs?

I have a 91 911 turbo. I am taking the wiper assembly out of the car. I was curious who makes plugs for this? Like to know best one out there etc.

Thanks!

Have you measured the hole made in engine lids for a rear window wiper? There have been so many cars built with whale tails that are wiper delete that they sell a plastic plug for that hole. If the front w/w post holes are the same size you're home free by only spending a few bucks...

I have seen that. It is about 37.00 usd correct? Not sure what shipping would cost though. Looks like a nice item

Something of that order, yes.

Is there not a 964RS part you can source - they didn't come with rear wipers

Mine goes through the window not the deck lid not sure if those would seal

Check McMasterCarr.com. They sell all kinds & sizes of different plastic plugs. You would probably want to use a small bit of sealant to ensure a leak-proof job, but they should do the work. They're cheap and come in bags of 100.

Any good hardware store, if there are any left in the wake of Home Despot, will have a huge selection of plugs of all sorts, in that section of little drawers holding fasteners, springs, washers, stainless steel and metric stuff, bulbs, fuses and the like. Might cost you 25 cents for the correct one... I used one to plug the radio-antenna hole in my front fender.

Ya some are 50-60 bucks which is stiff for a rubber plug lol, but it is the Porsche world......

Precisely what I did,..worked perfectly,..CLEARLY the cheapest part I've yet to purchase for this car.
