I haven't dealt with PMO for a few years, but when I did the only way to correspond with him was to send him a fax or letter, and then he would call you back. I sssume you've been to the website? I've just been and it looks like this is still how he operates.

I should point out that Mr Parr did call back promptly, was very accommodating, and of course supplied top quality products at reasonable prices. I suspect if he was easy to reach he'd be on the phone or at his email constantly.

Just ordered a set. Fill out the fax cover sheet and send it in and you will get a call to go over the specifics. They are in production now so it will be a couple of weeks but well worth it I am sure.
