Re-routing oil cooler lines - Ideas?
I am nearing completion of rust repair and modifications on my tub, now I am considering running my oil cooler lines through the rocker to keep a clean look on my "IROC" interpretation.
Can any of you share photos of oil lines running through the rocker/longitudinal or other ideas of how to "hide" the oil lines on a car without rocker covers. Thanks in advance, Helmethead

I know you've heard this before, but if you search you will find a thread where someone did exactly what you describe--with lots of good photos.
Found one: 1972 911T External Carrera Oil Cooler Install and another: Running oil hoses through heater duct to front cooler

You can run them through the right heater duct. Works for rally cars and you don't need the heater on both sides anyway.

Look for fernando's beautiful RSR (socal70RSR or similar) build. He has a web page with excruciatingly detailed documentation.
