Newbie Needs Help
First I want to say hello to everyone and I am glad I found this forum in my efforts to restore my 87 911.
I need everyone's help. Several years ago I paid this shop $1,000 to repair my cabriolet motor. Then a year later a nother shop charged me $600 to fix the electrical harness that I accidently stepped on. Now I am getting the car painted and the interior done and I pulled up the carpeting and everything. Right before doing that I let the top down so that the people could do the interior. When I went to put the top up, I get no juice to the motor. A guy working on my stereo took a wire and ran it to the battery to the top mototr and the top was raised. That let me know that everything is working fine it is just that I accidently disconnected some wires somewhere when i was pulling up the interior. I beg someone to send me the PDF cabriolet top manual that I saw in past posts some of you have. I purchased the 911 repair manual and although it advertises to cover the cabriolet top, there is nothing in there. I am in desparate need and I really need your help with the PDF top manual. Please send it to charlesterwilliams@gamil.com Thanks so much Charles |
