Bilstein upgrade question
 

Hi all,
Looking to upgrade my Boge Struts with the Bilstein Sport shocks but here is my dilemma.
My model is a 1985 Australian delivered coupe [WPOZZZ91ZFFS103442] and that just happens to be the the year that there is a Pt. No. change.
One set are listed listed for 73-85 model years and the others for 85-89 model years.
The change appears to be in the March/April period.
My car has a built July '85 plaque on it under the Australian compliance plate so I'm thinking that this could have been something that was put on in Australia rather than Germany so I do not want to take the risk until I'm completely clear what is going on
Does anyone know what the exact difference is and why.
The numbers are different for all shocks.


The Pt.No.s on the strutis incidentally are:- #911-341-041-03 [Left]
# 911-341-042-03 [right]

Living in Australia and purchasing expensive items from the US I don't wish to order the wrong ones as it is a little difficult for return.
