Not positive, since I have an SC, but I have 1985 style 944 seats in my 82 SC.

Yep, same seats. 928 as well, I think.
I replaced some ratty 80's Recaros with SC/Carrera seats and they came without rails. 911 seat rails were expensive on Evil Bay, but 944 ones were dirt cheap and bolted straight up.
