Need help: Wheel/rim repair expert

I had the misfortune of hitting a curb after loosing control (kicking myself as I have been wanting to change these lousy tires for a while).

My problem is that this specific 16” BBS wheel is no longer available, it may never have been available in the U.S. as the car was purchased in Europe.

Can anybody recommend a rim/wheel repair expert who does not shy away from a challenge… The damage is large but it seems that an expert should be able to braze/weld in a piece. (see picture).

Any tips are appreciated.

Get a new wheel - they are available - I just sold a whole set of these a few years ago for $600. Do not try and fix that - too much material.

I'd try one of the parting houses, depending on where you are located

You need to check your suspension too - that looks like a major hit

There is a similar (common) pattern available with hidden lugs (begind a hub). I have never seen these anywhere. The common pattern is a two or three piece wheel, it looks alike but it is not the same.
Thanks

I agree with the above, get a new wheel.

I do not think you can just patch that chunk.

Thanks! At least I know they came to the U.S.

It is not an easy find however, none of the places I have contacted had it... if anybody knows a repair facility, that would be a solution until I can locate a replacement. Right now I can not drive it...

That is good for emergency, drives / handles odd... it is still a full size tire but different size and smaller rim.

I appreciate you looking for a spare, I do not care about color...

I will try to add more details later but this is what I could find on the wheel:

-- 8J16 H2
-- 223 ET 24
-- KBA 40646 or 40545 (very difficult to read)

The back spacing is about 138mm. the offset is about 12.5mm. Keep in mind that we did these measurements in garage with poor lights and rubber was still on the rim. I think it is very close if not accurate.

I hope to hear back from you!
