911 Rs Touring Rocker Deco
any idea where a person could purchase the correct rocker panel deco that fits an rs touring clone?
i checked stoddard website with no luck. Or, does a person have to purchase the wide ones that are for an "s" and bend around the flares to make work? any help will be appreciated. brant |

Did you talk to Paul Domitrovich at Stoddard? He drives an old 911 and is a wealth of information. When I did my RS Touring Targa a few years ago I got them from him at a very good price. They have lots of parts that are not on their website. Tell him Greg Crough sent you. He knows me very well. By the way here is the finished product.

the original is very exensive 1200.00 last time I saw it ! I took regular S and I make the curve for my quarter !  Ray

I thought these were clear anodized. I bought RS rear flares, bumpers and trim for my restoration/mod from Germany and the bumper trim was not perfect. The little bit I tweeked it caused some minor stress cracks in the finish. How did you ever bend it without cracking the coating?

I used a rubber hammer with a wheel and tire to have the curve , but the aluminium was very flexible...  Ray
