Help id my sway bars

I purchased a used set of 18mm front and 20mm rear sway bars with levers and front drop links (rear drop links to be acquired seperately).

The bar is a conventional black painted steel with square ends, and the levers are kind of conventional in having the diamond hole, but with a single allen bolt to toghten it to the bar. The lever has 5 holes drilled to allow different settings for the drop link location.

The drop link is rose jointed at each end, and came supplied with washers to allow it to mount on to the A-Arm bracket.

The rear bar is the same setup, but with no drop link - I need to buy seperately, as it will bolt to the spring plate (a la RSR, 934 etc.) and not snap on to the socket on the control arm.

Does anyone recognise the original maker of this bar, and any other details. Maybe a rare RSR factory bar from a Le MAns winner, or not :-)

I’ve seen bars exactly like that on a couple different RSR’s. If they are not real RSR swaybars, they at least are period correct.

Thanks for the info - very interesting.

The levers are fixed with a single allen key, and have the drilled holes that take a drop link that has rose joints in it.

The mounts that fit to the inner wing look the same (even the same white plastic bushings), as these from a 1974 RSR 3 litre :-
