Any Pelicans in Pittsburgh?

I have been looking for a 911 and have found one that a fellow pelican posted as a lead. The car seems to be what I am looking for, nice car, but a few flaws. The usual cracked dash, problems closing sunroof. It would be great if I had a second sight of eyes and an opinion from a fellow pelican, before flying up to PA.
Here is a link :http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/cto/857543240.html
If all works out, I could fly up, get a car, meet a fellow Pelican, and take them to dinner.

Just a thought.

Cheers,
Emerald

Moon Township is pretty close. I personally don't have the time to break away from work this week, but I have connections to some Porsche shops (one in Moon) that the seller could drop off the car and you can get a professional opinion for maybe an hours labor charge. Pittsburgh's a small city, I bet they already know the car. If your interested, let me know.

89911,

Talked with the owner today. He said all his work is done by Pete's European Techniques,
in Coraopis. Didn't know if you had heard of them.
Thanks for your input.

Cheers,
Emerald

I knew it was a small world. I know the owner, Peter, personally (I thought I sent a link in your email?) and he has personally worked on my 89 and my brothers 87 911's and did a PPI on my 2003 540i. Pete is one of the best pure air cooled 911 mechanics around. If it has been serviced there and there are no issues, I would bet it is good to go.
