Was this OEM interior option for SC?

Saw this on ebay supposedly pulled from an SC.

Question

Will this fit an 86 carrera and does this look like OEM decor?

I assume there is not leather under the cloth inserts, just fabric upholstery and batting?

Exceptionally nice looking saddles.

That is called a "Tartan" interior option for a SCs. It is sought after today.

Would these just pop into an 86 coupe?

Yep. Don't know about 'pop', but 4 bolts will do it.

Porsche McKenzie tartan PLUS sports seats PLUS tan leather PLUS black piping = SUPER RARE!

The style of sports seats is correct for a mid-year to early SC car.

If I was stateside I'd definitely be putting in a bid, but then again I am a sucker for the 70's style!

I suspect I would find seatbelt relocation challenges in my 86 coupe as the 86 I am told have the buckle attached to the seat or seat rail.

What is covered up in the background with what looks to be the same Tartan pattern as the seats?

These sport seats look like 1974-1980 production years.

I can tell you this for sure: with that specific leather/ vinyl color, piping, and checked pattern color - they're not original.

Yup all the matching pieces are FS except the non pattern door parts. Cool setup but I am thinking its pretty busy as a daily driver especially with the white background.

The original paint was brown he told me. If I had a white or BRGreen I'd really think about it. Mine is black and tan. Maybe better off just custom covering some sport seats correct for my year.
