Hyper-Black--how to on chrome?

I've got a piece of chrome trim on my other vehicle (this topic may have Porsche implications, so not totally off topic) that I want to change to a "Hyper-black" or "Black-Chrome" look.
Anyone know how I can do this? Is there a 'paint' or 'tint' available?

Some powder coating companies can provide a "black chrome" look. Do a search of PC companies in So. Cal.
