996 Headlight Ballast
Lookig for some kind of a test proceedure for headlght ballast. Xenon bulb is good. When lights are turned on, bulb flashes on for lessthan a second but does not stay on. Thought it might be a grounding problem but all the other lamps in the box work. Are these ballast a comon problem with the headlamps not coming on?
