help with RS door panel

I am getting to the point where I have to figure out how to put on the plexi windows in the GT racing fiberglass door panels....

what I dont understand, is how does one make the window go up or down? It is a 1969 with manual windows. I am looking at the door panels and they have a handle to close the door, a strap to actuate the door mechanism but I dont see how I am supposed to make the window go up or down??

If I have a plexi window, I am assuming I am not going to use the original elevator mechanism right?

Can anyone fill me in???

thanks for that link....it is the closest I have seen to the subject....but I dont think I have ever seen anyone with that.....plus, I can understand how to raise the window that way, but I would no know how to lower it....

I am looking at the RS door panel threads and nothing has touched on this!!
