Build spreadsheet?
Anyone out there have a spreadsheet they've used in a track car build (or even a restoration build) that I could use as a base?
I've tried a few search strings without a lot of success. I'm using an SC shell to start an S-T clone and I'd like to keep things well documented and organized. I'd also like to track costs so that I can later lie through my teeth when my SO wants to know how much of her retirement house she's sacrificing. |
I'd just break down the spreadsheet into sections.. e.g. a page for suspension, interior, exterior, etc.
I try not to do a spreadsheet of purchases because by C.C. bill and big binder o reciepts tells me enough :). |
I know what you mean. On the current SC, the binder is already looking pretty thick!

Never, never, never ever add the $ column!!!!!!

Bump. Anyone have a spreadsheet? I'm starting one, with engine torque, cam specs, etc.. Would be nice to have one to build off of.

I like the one on this page. It is for a 912, but I used it as a guide.

Very similar to mine, I used a pivot table. Just need to add graphics. Although I just see the totals and think why bother. It's a lot of money either way you slice it.
