hood badge blue ceramic on back?
i pulled the hood badge off of a 76 and it has what i thought was a blue glue on the back but after closer inspection i found it to be baked into the badge. is this some after market replacement? just curious if anyone else has run into this.

im kinda thinking the more i look at it that its part of the manufacturing and never got cleaned off. i have scraped on it a bit and its ceramic or porcelain glass?

If you were to scrape it, would the "gold" color come off of the "blue" or would the "blue" come away, exposing the "gold"?
