valve seals
anybody know wich is the better seal the teflon or the other type for 2.7 valve seals?

I like the Viton seals. The teflon puts a lot of drag on the valve, in fact so much I have seen them lift right off the guide.

I know when John Walker rebuilt my heads he recommended the viton seals.

Viton seals are what I got when I had my 3.0 heads re-worked.
