replacing targa aligning plate
OK guys whats the trick? I just started taking my targa top apart to replace a broken pin on the right rear side. 3 mounting bolts release the mounting plate but it looks near impossible to get it out of there. The frame seems to be blind riveted to the aluminum shell that makes up support to the entire assembly. Anyone do this job before and have a technique that works?

Dan Petchel of Cars inc. is in your neck of the woods- Dan is our resident targa top guru- so I'd ask him.
