911 1977 torsion tube repair / replace

Guys. All help welcome. Went to replace the rear bushes with neatrix ones. Left hand side of torsion tube where bush sits is badly rusted - even couple small holes. Looks like its rubbed for years (previous owner) and water has got in and done the damage. It only affects where bushing sits. Rest of tube is fine. Needless to say no use reinstalling bushes and arm until I sort this.
Any ideas how to either repair this area or I suppose at worse replace the whole or part of the torsion tube.
thanks
Geoff
