Koozie heat back-date Mod!!!

Purists, please don't cringe since its only temporary!!

I just finished up the "Misterytrain" remove heat blower mod heat controller to get your footwell blowers to work mod and I wanted to test it against just ducting direct without the blowers.

With the aircraft and OEM heat ducting being the same diam I didn't have any adapter to connect the two until I noticed the faithful Bud koozie on my shelf. It worked perfectly so I was in buysiness to test the new setup.


With one side ducted direct and the other using ghe footwell blower, sans engine bay blower, I can say ther was almost no difference at low rpm and more heat from an open flapper without the footwell blocking all that fan shroud heat., Once at idel though the side with the footwell blower still throws it if you need it especially for defrost settings.

Anyway the koozie will be out tomorrow where it belongs (keeping a beer cold) and the footwell blower will go back where it belongs as well.
