66 912 No bright Headlights

I have spent the better part of 2 days trying to figure out why I have no brights. I can apply 12 vdc to #57 on the headlight switch, the grey and green wire that activates the bright relay and, voila, I have brights. My question is Where does #57 on the headlight switch get its power? Is it from the switch internally? I have to defer to Sterling that these curcuits are far from simple. The dims work fine and I have removed and cleaned the multiswitch. That is another complicated issue. Any help would be appreciated....Mar
