never posted a picture of my new car...

Well,
After owning (still own it) a '74 914, I purchased G50 carrera about 6 months ago. I've never posted a pic, so here is one.

BTW, I love it and it seems better the more I get to drive it. May be in teh market for some fuchs in the future.

pics.

What a great looking car! Very clean. I dunno I really like those wheels, are they 3 pice cups? Fronts may look a little too wide though but I cant really tell from the pic. Also, have you considered lowering it a touch maybe?

Thanks Brian,
The wheels are 3pc RH 964 turbo replicas. They actually grew on my quickly. The fronts are 8" wide. They don't actually stick out as the picture makes it look. They just tuck into the fender lip.

I considered lowering it, but I already hit my spoiler savers on my driveway transition if I am not careful (or on a full tank)

What a nice looking car! I love those wheels. This is the first time I have seen a 18inch wheel look good on a 80's car. How about more pictures. Tell us more about the car.

How about a pic of the 914 as well? I am in the group of 911 and 914 ownership. Nice ride!

Looks absolutely lovely!

Not sure if its the light or my being used to amber rear reflectors (ROW), but it does not look like the ordinary red color. Is it?

While that does look sleek, I dont think I would go quite so low. I prefer the look when the top of the tires just graze the top of the wheel well lips when viewed from the side.
