Be prepared for a jarring, pitching ride; moreso than with stiffer torsion bars for an equivalent decrease in body roll.

Sway bars link both sides on an "axle" so if one wheel goes into a pothole or over a bump, the other will react with it. With independent torsion bars, even stiffer ones, there will be more street compliance for uneven surfaces.

If you are on a smooth track, stiff sway bars are no problem, though. Adjustable sways can be a useful tool to fine tune a chassis for different tracks or autocrosses.
