Left Heater Duct mod for 3.0

I searched for a thread with a pic of a left heater duct mod to clear the dist. on a 3.0. I found a few on 3.2 motors. Any pics of a left duct mod for a 3.0? I believe it is not as large due to a smaller dist.

I am at work and can have my shop do the mod today. Any pics would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for an excuse to slip out in the garage tomorrow and install the ducts.

Thanks.

Thanks for the photo. That appears to be the 930 factory plastic duct w/heater blower.

Sorry, I was not specific. I am back dating my heat and I have a left duct from an early 70's 911.

I found this photo--3.2 mod:

This mod is for a 3.2. I don't believe my mod needs to be this aggressive because my dist. (3.0) is smaller than the 3.2

Thanks.

Correct, it can be less curve, and it's really only the bottom half that needs to be massaged in. I beat mine silly with a hammer, because I don't have welding equipment, but it was primarily a 2x2 (maybe 3x3) inch or so area that had to be depressed.

i managed to get mine installed on my 3.0 with minimal massaging with the BFH for my backdate. If you want the stock replacement for non backdated heat for your 3.0L you are welcome to mine.
