help identifying a line

This line is in my engine compartment. I have removed my CIS and swapped in tbitz EFI. I was thinking that this was my fuel return line, but now know I better. The question is, what does this line hook up to? This is an 82 SC.

Vacuum line from brake booster if I'm not mistaken.
