If you are talking about the roll-up door windows.... nada. I have one of each sitting right here next to me and the glass profiles are different. Oh, then there is the whole issue with the different rails that interface to the lift mechanism...

There's door glass for a longhood targa in the for sale section right now for cheap, just grab that and be done with it.

I have a pair of clear glass Targa windows available, too.
