Question - Rim/Tires size Combo recommendations

I am fitting my '70 911T with Fuchs Deep Six's and was wondering if there is a guide somewhere for recommended tire sizes for this setup. My '70T has stock fenders and no modifications to any of the fenderwells. I would like to fit the tallest and widest tire size on there that will not rub the fenderwells.

Can anyone recommend a tire size that fits what I am looking for, and might you have any pictures of your setup you could post?

Is there a thread anywhere on Pelican that covers this?
