Youtube Motor Meister

I was just on Youtube and saw a whole pile of 911 engine videos. Motors running really smooth and they looked good too. Pretty paint and all. Interetsingly they were newly rebuilt engines and posted by a user named MotorMeister. They all had cardboard signs with numbers and matching numbers written on the mufflers. Anyone else see these videos are they posted by "THE MOTORMEISTER" posted on this forum?

How long were the engines running in the videos?

Take a look in the archives.

In a nushell, if you are considering MM for an engine rebuild, dont.

If you are not, then all you will accomplish with this post is riling up people which I suspect is what you are doing.

Well I guess if there's a video on youtube of some running motors from Motormeister then they definitely know what they're doing.

I sent the second engine as I was told they could use parts from the second to rebuild the one I wanted andd they would send back all the left over parts. I only got one engine back and it was not the case I wanted. I was told the rest of the parts were useless and not worth the cost to ship. I paid for the return shipping for the parts up front.

Try typing "motormeister complaints" into your search engine. Do you own research before forming an opinion, in the end, you'll most likely agree with the majority of the Porsche community.

911pcars I am aware of the post regarding MM. But the videos show engines that appear to be nicely finished and running well which doesn't seem consistent with their work. I know this not only from the posts but unfortunately from my own experience many years ago.

NickatNYT I wasn't the least bit interested in riling anyone up. I asked a simple question. Now I am interested in riling a few people up. two specifically. I am sure you are all knowing but there are some that are not as wise and educated as you. There are some that are just buying their first Pcar and may not be familiar with this site and the archive or MM and are here to learn. That is what the site is for. If it irritates you that people ask question that you oh wise one know the answer to, to f******g bad. You are welcome to not reply.

The fact is when I was 25 (way to many years ago) I bought my first Pcar and I had two engines sent to them and they didn't come back running to well. If I had a site like this to refer to maybe I wouldn't have made that mistake. I came across what looked to be nice looking engines that were running well by a company I am not to fond of and came here to ask if anyone knew if it was the same MM.

JonWalkersworkshop I was looking at the videos of people walking their dogs on youtube as well and I saw you walking your bijan in your high heels and thong. FYI your heels didn't match your outfit.

MM has been ripping off people for years. I'm sorry you got suckered by them. You can always find old to recent threads about them by doing a search. The quality of MM's work has been covered quite extensively on this board.

bite me! if you don't come on here and fully explain what you're up to, and you're not just a 6 post troll for MM, what the H do you expect us to think? too many MM trolls already posted plenty of the same stuff you did.

Thanx edgarmar again I am aware of the prvious posts and was not looking to raise the issue again or attempting to open old wounds. I was taken by surprise by the videos and was simply trying to verify if it was the same company.

JW I shutter at the thought of biting you.

I could post on YouTube a three-minute video of a 911 engine running just fine without any oil in it. As long as it was just three minutes. What does that prove? Oh, and I could also pretty-paint them with Rust-o-leum rattle cans, since you wouldn't know the difference on a Y/T video.

Why dont you ask them yourself? And what does it matter anyways unless you what to make the same mistake for the 3rd time? You never know, maybe they will give you a discount for being a three-peat sucker.
