915 rebuild help

Hello all, I need to get my 915 trany rebuilt for my 76 911s. Some times when I shift into 1st and give it gas it just revs with no go, when i take my foot off the clutch it just stalls out-very embarrassing . Can anyone recommend a shop to send my trany to get rebuilt?
Thanks for the help.
-John

rebuild

There was a thread on the parts for sale section for an outfit that will rebuild your tranny and ship for free (in the last two weeks or so). Do a search... and assuming you want to drop the tranny yourself.

what about that guy in Nashville, Porsche Doc - was that his name?
- he did that backdate on a 964 - - maybe he does trans. work

shipping a trans. across the entire continent doesn't seem too smart if you can find a more local person
